Really enjoyed my radio show today on Sounds of Urban London. This week I was joined by special guests Yehoeshahfhat Ben Israel of the African Hebrew Israelites, and Pan-African leader Esther Stanford-Xosei.
We talked about the Hebrew Israelite community in Israel and what their healthy living, spirituality and self-sufficiency can teach us. We also discussed reparations and the Mau Mau case for compensation against the British government.
